Provenance policy

Every card delivered by Cardwright ships with a per-card provenance log. It exists so you can answer crowdfunding-platform questions, backer questions, and your own conscience without scrambling for receipts.

Each log entry records: the base image model and version, the IP-specific LoRA used and its training-data summary, the generation parameters (seed, sampler, step count, prompt skeleton), and a short note describing the hand-finishing pass performed in Photoshop — composition adjustments, colour grade, line cleanup, and any compositing work. Logs are delivered as a single CSV alongside the print-ready PNG batch, with one row per card and a checksum column matching the filename.

Training data for your LoRA is sourced from references you provide (character sheets, mood boards, prior commissions you own the rights to) plus a curated set of public-domain or properly-licensed reference imagery, disclosed in the LoRA’s training-data summary. No client’s LoRA is ever used on another client’s project. On request, the LoRA file itself can be handed over to you at any time.

Cardwright supports Kickstarter and Gamefound’s current AI-disclosure expectations, and the provenance log is built to be paste-able directly into a campaign-page disclosure section. If platform policies change, the log format will change with them — the goal is to keep you in compliance, not just in paperwork.
